SponsorMyRC is a platform that connects racers and sponsors. We provide the tools to make and present an ask for support. We are not a party to any sponsorship, sale, or contribution, and we make no guarantee that support will be given, that products will be delivered, or that any benefit or advertising result will materialize.

Payments go through third parties chosen by the racer

Every contribution is completed through a third-party payment service or retailer selected by the racer. SponsorMyRC does not hold, process, or transfer these funds. We have no control over those services’ fees, availability, or policies. See our Third-Party Payment Disclosure.

No guarantee of benefit delivery

Sponsorship benefits — logo placement, recognition, shout-outs, product partnerships, or any other perk — are offered and delivered by the racer, not by SponsorMyRC. We do not guarantee that a racer will deliver the benefits they promise. Sponsors should review a racer’s profile and tier details carefully before contributing and, for meaningful sponsorships, use a written agreement.

While we provide reporting and verification signals, we do not independently verify every claim a racer makes. Sponsors are responsible for their own due diligence before providing support.

Racers are responsible for fulfilling benefits

If you are a racer and you offer benefits, you are responsible for delivering them. Only promise what you can realistically fulfill, and communicate clearly with your sponsors.

Prices and availability are controlled by retailers

Product prices, specifications, and availability shown on wishlists are controlled by the third-party retailers a racer links to and can change at any time. SponsorMyRC is not responsible for pricing errors, stock changes, shipping, or returns.

Contributions may not be tax deductible

SponsorMyRC is not a charitable organization. Contributions to a racer are generally not tax deductible. Consult a qualified tax professional regarding your situation.

Sponsorship does not guarantee advertising performance

Sponsoring a racer is community support and grassroots marketing. It does not guarantee any level of advertising exposure, audience reach, sales, or return on investment. Do not treat a sponsorship as a guaranteed advertising result.
